Who we are

Turning Rural Education IntoReal Employment.

Around Kandi, IIT Hyderabad's Rural Development Center saw the same gap repeat itself: capable young people finishing school with nowhere obvious to go. We were built in 2020 to close it, and built to be copied elsewhere.

Three Institutions, One Shared Commitment to Rural Youth

We thoroughly assess your current financial landscape, taking into account both short- and long-term objectives, family dynamics, and evolving priorities. Our dedicated team supports you through every stage of the planning process and significant life milestones.

A solid financial plan ought to cover a thorough look at your personal goals and aspirations, alongside an evaluation of your investment holdings. It should map out your expected income and expenses both before and after retirement, weigh the pros and cons of different retirement and investment account options, and outline strategies for retirement preparation, tax efficiency, charitable contributions, and safeguarding your assets through insurance.

On top of that, it should offer clear, actionable advice and steps to turn your goals into reality. To guide you toward the best decisions, a good plan will also lay out a variety of potential scenarios—plus some alternative ones—for you to consider.

Retirement age varies widely from person to person. The big question is whether you’ve got enough saved up to support the lifestyle you’re aiming for, especially since retirement could stretch on for 30 years or longer. Your income during those years will likely come from a mix of sources: retirement accounts and savings, a pension if you have one, brokerage accounts, Social Security payments, annuity income if you’ve set that up, and any other investments you’ve built over time.

We base our investment approach on evidence and decades of market history, not guesswork about the future. Research shows market timing doesn’t work. Instead, we focus on what you can control: risk, asset allocation, costs, and taxes. Emotional decisions often hurt long-term returns, so we aim to avoid those pitfalls.

Diversification lowers risk—not just by holding many assets, but by mixing company sizes, sectors, and balancing stocks and bonds. Risk can’t be erased, but it can be managed.

We keep expenses low with cost-effective mutual funds and ETFs, since high fees can erode even a well-diversified portfolio’s gains.

Taxes matter too. While unavoidable, they can be minimized with a smart, tax-aware strategy.

Our Vision

A Future Without Postcodes

A future in which opportunity is not limited by geography or background, and where a young person’s postcode no longer decides how far their ambition can travel.
Our Values

We Prototype, Propagate and Proliferate

Prototype

We pilot, learn quickly and refine. The first phase builds three to four programmes proven with hundreds of learners before anything scales.

Propagate

Proven programmes are tested at far greater scale, moving from hundreds of learners to thousands across a widening group of institutions.

Proliferate

Working models are handed to universities and public systems, so what began in six villages can shape practice and policy nationally.

governance

Governance Sits at the Centre of How We Operate

We are a Section 8 nonprofit, and we treat that status as an obligation rather than a label. Compliance with MCA requirements, CSR regulation and sound accounting practice is built into how programmes are designed, funded and reported on.
Every partner, funder and community that works with us should be able to see where money goes and what it produces. We publish our registrations, audited accounts and programme reporting, and we welcome scrutiny of all three.
Our programmes are designed to align with national skilling frameworks so that the credentials learners earn carry weight beyond our own centres. Governance is what allows a small organisation to be trusted with a large ambition.
