What We Count and Why
Numbers on their own say little. We track learners by programme, village, gender and stage of education, then follow what happens after training ends. Counting enrolment is easy; counting whether a young person’s situation actually changed is the harder measure, and the one that matters.
“I hadn’t spoken English in front of a group before this. The trainers were from our own village, so nobody made me feel small for starting where I started.”
the starting salary range our employability programmes are built to reach.
How Inputs Become Outcomes That Outlast the Program
Inputs
Trainers drawn from the same villages, partner classrooms and labs, curriculum built with industry, and funding shared across partners and community.
Activities
Life skills and English in schools; communication, computing and aptitude in colleges; industry-specific training and technical trades for graduates.
Outputs
Learners completing programmes, trainers certified and retained locally, and institutions running the model with their own staff and space.
Outcomes
Confidence and career clarity for school learners, employment for graduates, and stronger household income across families and communities.
